All Saints Catholic Academy Trust

All Saints Catholic Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust  which is a company limited by guarantee and an exempt charity. The Charitable Company’s memorandum and articles of association are the primary governing documents of the multi-academy trust. It was set up on 9 February 2012 and in terms of a Funding Agreement entered into with the Secretary of State for Education, became a multi-academy trust on 1st March 2012.
